Do you have contracts?
Yes. We use a standard service agreement that formalizes the engagement and protects both sides. It can be terminated at any time with 30 days’ notice. No long-term lock-in. We’d rather earn your business every month.
Can I switch from Essential to Growth mid-month?
Yes. You’ll be prorated based on the date you upgrade. We’ll adjust your invoice accordingly. It usually happens cleanly within a couple of days.
Do you charge per invoice or per transaction?
No. Flat monthly fee for your tier, regardless of transaction volume (within reason). If your business runs a much higher than typical transaction volume, we’ll structure a custom quote. Most clients fit comfortably within our standard tiers.
What if I want to add other services later?
Easy. You can mix and match services across tiers. For example, start on Essential and add payroll (a Growth service) without upgrading the full tier. We’ll build a custom monthly price based on the specific services you choose.
How long does implementation take?
We start working on your account immediately. Implementation timing depends on the complexity of your books and the scope of services you’re bringing on.
Are clean-up fees included?
No. Our tiers cover ongoing monthly service. If your books need historical clean-up (catch-up bookkeeping, prior-period reconciliations, chart-of-accounts rebuilds, etc.), we’ll quote that work separately based on the condition of the books and how far back the cleanup needs to go. We’ll scope it transparently before any work begins.
What if I switch CPAs or accountants?
No problem. We work with any CPA. We’ll prep your books for seamless handoff.
What if my business shrinks during the year?
We’ll work with you. Pricing adjusts based on actual complexity and needs. If your transaction volume drops significantly, we’ll review and adjust your tier accordingly.
