How RS started

Built by operators, for operators.

Ravi and Sunny are natives of Lima, Peru, who moved to the U.S. as young adults. Both graduated from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and started their careers in Baltimore. Ravi joined Morgan Stanley as an analyst. Sunny took the corporate accounting route at McCormick, where he led the Cholula acquisition and its day-to-day operations. The entrepreneurial path came next.

Sunny and Ravi started multiple businesses — from staffing to property management. Every time, they hit the same wall: they couldn’t find a bookkeeper who understood their business. Most were reactive data-entry shops. None were strategic partners.

So with Joe, they built RS. Senior-level accounting expertise. Operator mindset. Real partnerships, not transactional relationships.

Today, we serve 40+ companies. Every client is owned at leadership level. Every engagement is strategic.

Operator and entrepreneur. Ravi spent his early career at Morgan Stanley (Graystone Consulting Division) and Laureate in Baltimore before founding multiple businesses of his own. He’s the founder of Sungate Property Management — a 400+ property portfolio in Baltimore — and RS Global Staffing Services. He knows the stress of scaling and how to fix it with real financial discipline.

Co-Founder & COO

Co-founder at RS Global Staffing Services. Sunny brings a corporate finance background to RS, having spent years as an accountant at McCormick supporting supply chain and product costing for one of the largest food manufacturers in the world. At RS, he applies that same rigor to client delivery, making sure every engagement is built on solid systems, accurate reporting, and operational discipline.
